In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mpo989. By completing registration, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by:

• These Terms & Conditions;
• Our Privacy Policy;
• Our Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Any specific game rules, promotion terms, or special conditions published on relevant sections of the platform.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the relevant supplementary terms expressly state otherwise.

Access to and use of the mpo989 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mpo989 enforces a strict minimum age policy. No exceptions will be made. Suspected underage users will have their accounts suspended immediately pending identity verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where such prohibition extends to offshore operators. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on mpo989. Duplicate accounts will be merged or terminated and any balances in the duplicate account may be forfeited.
• Not on Exclusion Lists: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a third-party exclusion order on the mpo989 platform or any affiliated platform.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of mpo989, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

mpo989 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

To access the full range of services on mpo989, you must create a member account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method;
• Promptly update any information that changes;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and not share them with any third party;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, subject to the fraud and security provisions below;
• Notify mpo989 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].

mpo989 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at our sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that this right is exercised in a manner consistent with applicable regulations and these Terms.

mpo989 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm member identity, prevent fraud, underage gambling, and financial crime. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during your membership.

Documents commonly required include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or equivalent;
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days confirming your registered residential address;
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri mobile banking confirmation, OVO, DANA, GoPay);
• Source of funds: In cases involving high transaction volumes or withdrawal amounts exceeding Rp 100.000.000, we may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds.

Documents must be submitted in legible digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). Altered, blurred, or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account termination and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities. mpo989 will process KYC documents within 2 business days of receipt of a complete submission.

All financial transactions on mpo989 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

6.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000.
• Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank transfers made during Indonesian banking hours (06:00–22:00 WIB) are typically confirmed within 5 minutes. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally processed within 2 minutes and are available 24 hours per day.
• mpo989 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. The account name on your payment method must match your registered mpo989 account name. Deposits from mismatched accounts may be held pending verification and returned.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal under standard account conditions. This requirement does not apply to unplayed deposit balances where no wagers have been placed.

6.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000.000. Higher limits are available for Gold-tier loyalty members upon request.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposits. mpo989 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or payment methods not registered in the member's name.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Any pending or outstanding KYC documentation must be resolved before a withdrawal can be released.
• Withdrawals during banking hours are typically processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Complex cases or large amounts may require additional review of up to 24 hours.
• mpo989 does not charge withdrawal fees under standard conditions. Your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transaction fees, for which mpo989 accepts no responsibility.

mpo989 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Where no multiplier is stated, a default of 10x applies.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games may contribute 10%–20%. Game-specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly permits it.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings derived solely from bonus funds (i.e., with no real-money wager contribution) may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: mpo989 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional errors is detected.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified members only. Members who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or withdraw from bonus promotions.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the mpo989 platform, across all product verticals including sports betting, live dealer casino, online togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot games, and sabung ayam (cockfighting betting markets):

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by mpo989. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at our discretion, including wagers placed on erroneous odds or markets published in error.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface before confirmation.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match sports bets, odds are fixed at the time of bet placement. For live (in-play) bets, odds fluctuate in real time; the odds displayed at the moment of confirmed placement are the odds that apply to the settled wager.
• Voided Bets: mpo989 reserves the right to void bets in the event of: (a) obvious pricing or data feed errors; (b) match abandonment or postponement beyond 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time; (c) evidence of match fixing or irregular market activity; (d) technical failure preventing fair settlement.
• Lottery / Togel Draws: All togel draw results are sourced from official international lottery pools (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Jockey Club, etc.). mpo989 does not influence or control these draw outcomes. Results are published on the platform within 5 minutes of official announcement.
• RNG Games: All slot and virtual table game outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generators. RTP (Return to Player) figures are published for each game. Past outcomes have no influence on future results.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement or game result, the member must notify mpo989 within 7 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mpo989 platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human means to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit mispriced markets or guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple accounts or platforms;
• Creating more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device without written authorization from mpo989;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction;
• Attempting to launder funds or process transactions on behalf of a third party through a personal account;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains are void and recoverable by mpo989;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after placing wagers — initiating a chargeback will result in permanent account suspension and recovery proceedings for any withdrawn amounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo989 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Any delay, loss, or misdirection of financial transactions caused by the member's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor;
• Decisions made by a member under the influence of intoxicants, emotional distress, or other impaired judgment — it is your responsibility to play responsibly and in a sound mental state;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain password confidentiality or device security;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if mpo989 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, mpo989's maximum aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the mpo989 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of mpo989 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from mpo989;
• Use mpo989 branding, trademarks, or logos in any context outside the platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on another website or application;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means.

mpo989 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance.

mpo989 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory bodies as strictly necessary to operate the platform lawfully.

mpo989 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — the member will be notified by email at least 30 days before any balance adjustment is applied);
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the member;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction.

Upon account termination for breach, any balance consisting solely of bonus funds or winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the member's registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied.

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. We request that members with a gambling problem consider using the self-exclusion tool described in our Responsible Gaming Policy rather than a simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides stronger safeguards against re-registration.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo989 holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform.

Nothing in this clause prevents mpo989 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction worldwide to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

mpo989 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email notification to the address on file, or by a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
